Welcome friends! PRONTO Cooking School is open in the village of Lenox, MA among the beautiful Berkshire Hills. Also known by many as the summer home of the BSO.

We have been teaching, cooking, baking, grilling and smoking for 6 months now and what fun we have been having. Please don’t miss checking out our photo gallery and see for yourself what we have been doing. We have a focused Thursday morning “bullet” class that sends students home with their dinner for the night. Saturday morning we teach a particular subject or cuisine and end with sitting down to lunch all together.

We are opening a Sunday Dim Sum Cafe on January 23. From 11am to 3pm come on in and have a dim sum lunch. We have a full liquor license.

Our cozy kitchen and adjoining terrace offers a variety of year round day and evening classes as well as workshops devoted to 3–5 days of learning a specific skill. Many people are choosing to use Pronto for private events. Round up a crowd of 10 to 16 for a private class to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or whatever. We can also host a party up to 80 guests with the outdoor terrace so please consider our space for your rehearsal dinner or any special event.
